Beyond Vision Optometrists Oxford

Beyond vision goes Beyond my expectations every time I go in either for an appointment or a glass adjustment. Dr Poon and team answer all my questions professionally. I would recommend Beyond Vision to any one looking to change optometrist and dispensary. Thank you for all you do.

Dr. La has been super helpful and has helped me over the years! Super easy to deal with and super friendly! It also helps that she speaks chinese so my parents can visit her for eye exams as well!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Beyond Vision, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere was warm. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. Overall, I highly recommend Beyond for anyone looking for a top-notch experience. You won't be disappointed!

We booked our two appointments online and called the place. After confirming our appointments, we went on the day we had scheduled. The receptionist told us that she had tried to confirm our appointments 5 minutes before they started. But why would anybody need to confirm an appointment 5 minutes before it and that had already been confirmed. When our main contact checked if she had really contacted them, we figured out that she hadn’t. Either way, someone had already been booked in our spot too, so we wouldn’t be able to have our appointments anyway. EVEN THOUGH WE CONFIRMED. In the end we decided to take our exams elsewhere.

I’ve been coming to this clinic since it opened, and the care has consistently been outstanding. Every staff member—from front desk to technicians—has always been exceptionally friendly, professional, and accommodating. A special thank you to Dr. T.H. Poon. He takes a truly holistic approach to eye health. He’s thorough, thoughtful, and takes the time to explain things clearly, making sure I fully understand my options and feel comfortable with the treatment plan. His calm, caring manner really sets the tone for the whole clinic. Appointments are always on time, the clinic is clean and well-organized, and they have modern equipment that gives me confidence I’m getting the best possible care. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for comprehensive, patient-centered eye care.
