I had an amazing experience with Sunita at Optiks International! She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely down to earth. Shopping for glasses can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Sunita made the entire process easy, stress-free, and honestly a lot of fun. She took the time to help me find frames that suited me, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. Her friendly personality and excellent customer service made a huge difference. If you're looking for new glasses, I highly recommend asking for Sunita. She made the experience a breeze from start to finish. 10/10 recommend! 👏👓

Came from out of town stop in for 2 pairs of glasses adjustments, didn’t even charge me!! I will be coming back for my exams. Great location, very friendly and safe.

Absolutely unacceptable and deeply disappointing experience. My brother has a serious eye infection in both of his eyes and needed to be seen by an eye doctor. My mom initially went to another eye clinic, and although they couldn’t see him immediately, they scheduled him for the following morning. They also suggested she try the optometrist across the street to see if they could help him sooner. My mom took my brother into this location and asked if the doctor could see him. She was told: “Sorry, we can’t take him. We don’t take wheelchair patients.” That was the reason given for refusing to see him. I am absolutely appalled by this response. My brother was there because he had a legitimate medical concern and needed to see an eye doctor. Instead of making any attempt to accommodate him or find a way to provide care, he was simply turned away because he uses a wheelchair. A wheelchair should never be a reason to deny someone access to healthcare. I understand that there may be accessibility limitations within a particular office, but there is a huge difference between saying “We unfortunately aren’t equipped to accommodate your needs, but let us help you find somewhere that can” and simply saying “we don’t take wheelchair patients.” My family left feeling extremely upset and discriminated against. If this is genuinely the policy of this location, it needs to be addressed. People with disabilities deserve the same level of dignity, respect, and access to healthcare as everyone else. Extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this location based on how my family was treated.

I had a great experience at Mayfield Optiks International for my eye exam and new glasses. Charlene greeted me at the front desk and immediately made me feel welcome. The initial eye test was a breeze. She walked me through every step, even guiding me on when to breathe in and out, which made the process feel really comfortable and easy. I will make sure to book with her again in the future! Sunny was incredibly helpful when it came to choosing frames. She took her time to find styles that suited me and clearly explained the different lens options, transition colours, and coverage I could add. I never felt rushed and really appreciated her patience. I’m super pleased with my glasses, and it’s reassuring to know I can stop by anytime for adjustments if needed.
