Total Focus Northgate and Dry Eye Clinic

Seemed like a nice shop! Was greeted and I told them what I was looking for… she quickly says right there! I look and there are two cabinets, I had to ask which one! lol Then she asks if I needed someone to help me! DUH! I answered yes! Within a few minutes she tells me the frames start at $200 + lenses! I waited another few minutes and said… ok, thank you! Then I told the reception that no one bothered to help me! There was no reply and I just walked out! Guess they have too many customers… I didn’t see any so, I am not sure but it was an hour before closing! They must of thought I was not a serious buyer! Too bad and so sad for them…. Do NOT go there for your business! I know I won’t go back again! Update: It only took a month to reply? How do I know that changes if any will take place? Not even a “please call me” to straighten or change your mind! Your understanding of customer service is truly lacking! I ended up going to Costco and bought two pairs of glasses. Their customer service and delivery was fantastic!! Having said all that, good luck!

All the staff are very friendly. My eye doctor is quick but thorough. I will continue to go to total focus for all my eye needs. They also specialize in dry eye which is what I have and my doctor knew what eye drops I needed just by looking at my eyes. They are polite, professional and punctual.
