ProSolutions Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning INC.

It all started when Joe came by to provide a quote for a mini-split system. After a thorough walkthrough of our home and a discussion about what we were looking for, it became clear that central air conditioning was the better option for us. Joe was professional, courteous, and took the time to listen to our needs without any pressure. That made the decision to choose Pro Solutions an easy one. On installation day, Tyson called ahead to let us know he was on his way. When he arrived, he and his colleague were both polite, professional, and respectful of our home. They worked efficiently, completed the installation in no time, and before long the house was already cooling down as I write this. If you're considering air conditioning, I highly recommend giving Pro Solutions a call. From the initial consultation to the installation, the entire experience was first-class. A1 service from start to finish!

Team - Joe for estimating, Matt & G for install AC installed. Team did an excellent job. Joe ran through options and explained costs and potential savings opportunities. Identified a potential problem with how my furnace might react to the AC and included the resolution in the install without added cost. During install protective mats were put down, garbage all cleaned up, cabling ziptied nicely, they even cleaned up the condensation lines that weren't done as nicely as they could have been by the builder. Really happy with the job

I would like to thank Matt, Jodh and G for our install with our new furnace. They were friendly and respectful. They laid down mats to protect our floor and carpet. Matt patiently listened to and answered all my questions. They cleaned up any mess they had made and took the old furnace away. Thank you for such great service, I would definitely use Pro Solutions and request this same team for any of my furnace needs! 😊

**Edited to add review about the install** May 22/‘26 - Matt And G did a fantastic job installing our new AC unit. They were hard working professionals. They were tidy, laying down floor runners for the stairs and basement floors. And they did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards. Matt was great at answering questions and going over everything after the new unit was installed. They even finished up quicker than expected. I would not hesitate to hire this company for any AC needs. We are extremely happy with their service! May 14/‘26 - Zach arrived a little early after calling to make sure it was ok. He was courteous - taking his shoes off to go downstairs and also ringing the doorbell to come back inside. He was professional, efficient and excellent at explaining everything. He offered a couple options to fix our AC unit. Excellent service from this employee and company!!

Shane was excellent diagnosing my air conditioner issues. He was polite, knowledgeable, thorough and helpful. Joe was excellent in providing us with options to replacing our unit with a new one and didn't pressure us to make a decision. The prices were excellent and options were plentiful. Tyson and Ahmed arrived on time. And were quick, courteous and skilled in their work. Honestly, it was one of the most pain-free processes throughout. I cannot reccomend this company enough.
