I am impressed by the level of care provided to my dog by both vets Dr. S and Dr. A. Initially he was assessed by Dr.S but his shift had finished during the appointment and handover was done to Dr. A who helped treat my dog by expressing his glands which may have ruptured amongst several other diagnostics for secondary health concerns. There was so much level of detail Dr. A goes into explaining what was done/after care/medication and addressing general questions asked by me. The appointment was nearly 2 hours due to how thorough, kind and gentle they were with my furbaby. I have gone to several other vets and though they have been good or decent I am surprised at how compassionate and knowledgeable these specific practioners were. The pricing is also reasonable and I will be switching the care of my fur baby to this clinic. I highly praise and recommend them especially for having a postive smile and attitude during the entire appointment. I know some comments here indicate the vet doesnt speak English but that is furthest from the truth. They are competent and knowledgeable regardless of their ethnicity and were able to communicate complex medical concepts in latent terms. Bravo for putting my faith back into humane vets!

Amazing service. The availability is excellent and they have always treated my dog like a princess. I have taken my lab mix here for everything from regular physicals and vaccinations to stitches to a medical emergency. Everything is handled with care and expediency. The bill is printed out for you and they explain any charges before you commit. The vet is very blunt but very knowledgeable and straightforward, which I personally appreciate. Despite his gruffness he is very warm to the animals and my dog trusts him completely. I’ll never go anywhere else.

My cat had oral surgery here. They were great, professional and compassionate staff, I had an appointment quickly, and they were transparent about cost. Very gentle and kind with my pet. Would definitely trust them with any future needs.

I cant say enough good things about the service we have received from the Doctors and the vet assistants here from the moment we walked in with our girl, down to the diagnosis to treatment plan. We never felt rushed, always answered any questions we had. When our girl passed away at home in the evening (8:30pm) we called the vet so we could take her remains to them to have cremated, knowing they closed at 9pm we were racing against time on the other side of the city but we didn’t want anyone else to deal with her. They were so very very kind to stay open until we arrived, they allowed us to say our final goodbyes to our baby girl. We will forever be grateful for this vet for the kindness and compassion they showed us as we grieved our girl.

We had a wonderful experience at Bonnie Doon Veterinary Clinic, especially with Dr. Siddiqui. We brought our dog in after another hospital raised concerns that bladder wall thickening could be a sign of cancer, which left us very worried. Dr. Siddiqui was incredibly kind, compassionate, and thorough. He carefully explained all the possible causes while reassuring us throughout the process. Thankfully, it turned out to be a simple urinary tract infection. What impressed us most was his dedication—he personally called us on a Saturday evening as soon as the follow-up urine results were available to update and reassure us. We truly appreciate Dr. Siddiqui's professionalism, compassion, and exceptional care. We highly recommend him and the team at Bonnie Doon Veterinary Clinic.
