Ottewell Animal Clinic

I have been coming to Ottewell Animal Clinic and have had Dr.Pettifor as my leopard gecko’s Veterinarian for the past 4-5 years. I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. Everyone who works here is so kind, helpful, patient and understanding. Pricing is incredibly affordable compared to many other clinics, without a loss of quality or professionalism. My gecko has had no issues her entire life because of the care Dr.Pettifor and myself have been able to provide for her. She is incredibly knowledgeable and I can tell she really has a passion for animals and deeply cares about all her patients. And not just her, the ladies at the front desk are also so sweet and I can tell how much they love their job and who they work for! 🐾 Every time I come here I am blown away by the level of care and respect this Vet clinic’s team has for their patients and owners - I have never had to wait, I have always been immediately put into a room (do not expect this, this is an incredibly difficult and rare circumstance when it comes to vet clinics as they’re usually overbooked , understaffed and overworked). Remember to thank your vet care team and if you or someone you know is looking for a Veterinarian that truly cares about your animal, come to Ottewell. I am certain that the other Veterinarian at this clinic is just as incredible - I just never have had to see him/her as Dr.P is the one who specializes in reptiles! If I could give more than 5 stars for this clinic, I certainly would! I know you guys have a tough job , thank you for everything you do to help those in need of your care!

I recently became a client of Ottewell Veterinary Clinic. The front desk staff are amazing and I have been throughly impressed by Dr Barb . She is so kind , knowledgeable and empathetic. I am so happy to have her look after my chihuahua Diego. We had an appointment yesterday and I was very upset with worry , she understands that. While having his blood tests done she encouraged me to wait for a few minutes outside so I would not be able to hear him cry . Amazing what more is there to add .

They took good care of my girl Murphy and made her cast with little flower decals :)

Just attended for the first time with my puppy, Boo! Dr. Muzyka and staff are absolutely lovely! I was anxious to try a new place as I have a favourite vet I've been going to for years in Sherwood Park. But I've moved and Ottewell is a walk away I wanted to try it. Extremely happy I did! I know Boo will be well cared for here!

Thank you again DR. MUZYKA! You are an amazing veterinarian, and my family is always so grateful to you for helping our furry little angels. The front staff are consistently reassuring, and always so helpful. I feel like Kendra deserves an honourable mention for always being so genuinely kind :) We’ve been bringing our pets to this place for as long as I can remember, and I don’t ever plan on going anywhere else.
