Genuine compassion and sympathy was displayed by all staff for both our pet and us in our grieving process. Having such kind-hearted, down to earth, caring humans to help our beloved pet transition Into her final rest was more than we could have asked for from them. This isn't something you can train staff to do but can only come from pure-hearted and genuinely caring human beings.
We recently brought in our 2 male cats Quicka and Finn for a wellness check and vaccinations. This clinic and all the people working there are amazing. The care and attention to our fur babies was warm and caring. Quika turns into such a little monster at the vets yet he was handled so well by the vet tech Jessica, she took charge and wasn’t having any of it. Such an amazing professional❤️. Dr D. Is wonderful, kind, caring and compassionate. We highly recommend this clinic. Thank you so much.
I need to give a little back story for this review. We went away on a trip and my dog went into heat while she was with my parents and got pregnant. It was not planned. She had a litter of 9 puppies and 1 of them got sick and then hurt after his first vet check and vaccine. We needed a vet who could see this puppy immediately and PAWS saw him. PAWS did not check his ears, where he had a severe ear infection, they did not check his ribs, in which we requested them to do. PAWS decided blood work was the best route. Then they wanted to keep him in an emergency to be monitored. We had to insist for them to give this puppy pain relief and medication. They were not going to do this. We had to insist for them to help with the pain. It did not feel safe for our puppy to stay in their care and we said no to where they wanted the puppy to go. He needed nurture along with proper medication. They were not going to do that. Please don't bring your dogs here. They then called by law on us suggesting we have a puppy mill. Why would I bring this dog to a vet if we didn't care about his state. This vet jumped to a conclusion that was not fair. This has caused us so much trauma in the way they handled this puppy. After a second opinion from another vet along with proper medication, he is recovering.
The staff here are second to none, finally a very clinic that my pets ENJOY attending. I would highly recommend to any pet owners to go to Paws for any and all of your health, nutrition, and wellness needs. A paws client for life!
I brought my two cats in for a checkup and their 1year shots. They were very helpful, professional. My cats were not scared in the exam room at all (normally they are) they spent time with them before administering any shots and went over everything with me. We will be back.
