For a fuller picture — Canadian Diagnostic Centres, Edmonton, at this location offers a diagnostic experience that feels polished, calm, and thoughtfully run. From the moment I walked in, everything felt clean, organized, and welcoming. The team was friendly, professional, and flexible with my needs, which made the entire visit feel easy and comfortable. One thing that stood out right away was the front office space. It felt fresh and well designed, with what appeared to be original artwork that added warmth and personality to the clinic. That kind of detail helped the space feel less clinical and more inviting, which can make a real difference when you are coming in for an appointment that may already carry some stress. The overall vibe here was very good. The environment felt orderly and professional without feeling cold, and the team helped create an experience that was smooth, respectful, and reassuring. I would not hesitate to recommend Canadian Diagnostic Centres. Parking / access: Free shared parking made arrival simple and convenient. The tech that did my mammogram was cheery, professional, informative and made me feel very at ease. She explained everything very well and took great care to ensure I was as comfortable as I could be. The staff at this location seem to really like one another and enjoy their jobs. I have never had a bad experience at this location. Thanks so much for all you do!
I really don't think I can say enough good things about this place. I was really scared and anxious because I had a mammogram and a ultrasound, and had to travel 3 hours to get there from out of town. So I was a ball of nerves when I got there. But the nice staff honestly made the whole experience much better. Nadia at the front counter was so sweet and welcoming. Receptionists are so vital because they set the tone for the whole visit, and she did an amazing job just by being so kind. Elizabeth was SO friendly and nice and got me changed for my tests. She took time to show me how to wear the gown and really eased my nerves. Dara (I'm so sorry if I misspelled that) did both of my mammograms for me. She was SO comforting and professional all at the same time. She didn't rush anything and was thorough. I felt very reassured. She was also kind enough stay late and turn on the mammogram machine again when the doctor wanted another mammogram. And she was making little jokes and reassuring me the whole time. What a rockstar! Irene did my ultrasound. She was also very professional but bubbly and kind. I also didn't feel like she rushed anything. It's so important when getting a lump checked out to feel like the professionals aren't rushing you out of the door so I really appreciated her time, too. Finally, Dr. Zein came and gave me my very good results. He was professional but also made those few minutes personable and gave me reassurance. He also thanked the mammogram technologist for starting up the machine again, and I liked seeing that recognition. He had me leaving with a big smile on my face and a laugh in my heart. Please share this review with the staff. How they treat patients is SO SO important, because so many of us that go there are scared out of our minds, and being treated with such kindness, thoroughness, and consideration makes all the difference in the world. Thank you all for making a difference in my life and my family's!
