I have consistently chosen Insight Medical Imaging, but one day I went to Movenetics for treatment and went into Glenwood Radiology in Griesbach. The receptionists there are truly delightful and attentive. They efficiently managed all my appointments, and upon my arrival, they greeted me by name. This personal touch is particularly significant to me, considering the large number of individuals they encounter daily. Their ability to recall my name demonstrates a remarkable level of personalized care. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone requiring their services. It is exceptionally clean and a newly established location. Furthermore, I had interactions with the pain management team, and both the doctor and their team were outstanding. Thank you.

I recently had to go straight after work, due to traffic, looking not the best and dehydrated with the heat. The reception staff were extremely attentive and very friendly, offering me water without me even asking and telling me not to worry after I apologized for showing up a little messy - not my intention of course. Not to mention non-judgmental, unlike other clinics. And though it might not seem important to many, it’s the details and kindness that truly matters. Incredible staff, friendly technicians and very clean. The wait was short and everything was explained. Nothing but great things. 10/10.

Had an ultrasound 12 week ultrasound yesterday and was very impressed with how kind and detailed the tech and the front desk staff were. They were supportive and informative while helping me get excited for a healthy baby. So happy this place was able to fit me in last minute.

I would say it was a 10/10 visit. I scheduled my appointment online and got a call quickly to confirm my first appointment and not only that, but the appointment was in 2 days (I was expecting a couple weeks, how awesome is that?). They gave me the heads up of what to do prior, what to expect, etc. I arrived and staff behind the counter were welcoming and friendly. The wait was short (important when you have a full bladder lol). And the tech that did the scans was friendly and we had a great chat. I came out to book my next appointment and they were ready for me, and remembered which exams I'd be booking next. The whole process and visit was easy, friendly, gentle, and a glorious experience. You really feel that you're well taken care off, in a great clean facility with talented and skilled professionals. :)
