The employees at this location are so pleasant. They arre friendly, helpful and very professional. I was called on time and both times I was there my technicians were so nice and professional, working quickly but not rushed at all. Thank you for the great service.

When I walked in here I paused because this place felt immediately different from the last few imaging places I've been to. Everything looked so clean and tidy, it didn't have that grungy rundown look that most of the places have now. When I looked around the staff were smiling and the other clients all seemed to be in a good mood. The receptionist that helped me was a breath of fresh air, she was friendly, engaging, open and sincere. In the brief conversation we had she mentioned how much she liked working there, not something I hear so much anymore. I waited less than 5 minutes in a clean and tidy area that didn't make me think about what I might catch there. IYKYK. Sara took me to the room I would be having my ultrasound in, explained what would be done and left me to change. She was engaging, put me completely at ease and answered all of the questions I had. Sara struck me as a very knowledgeable professional who really enjoyed what she was doing. When we were done she left me to change and when I came out she was waiting there to make sure I knew the way back to the lobby. Kudos and thanks to the management and staff, I really felt like they were trying to create the kind of place that they would want to walk into if they were a client. It was so refreshing to not feel like an income stream but like a real person, someone who they wanted to and enjoyed being able to help out. I'm actually writing this from my vehicle in the parking lot because I wanted to make sure I passed this review on instead of getting busy with life and not doing it. I really appreciated and enjoyed this experience that much.

I want to leave a huge thank you for Gloria. I had an appointment for some scans at 8:00 AM today, and she made the entire experience wonderful. She is truly the kindest, sweetest, most amazing person I’ve ever met in a medical setting. We spent the appointment laughing and joking, which made everything go by so quickly. She has a pure heart of gold and a genuine gift for making patients feel comfortable. Gloria brings such warmth, and her positive energy is infectious. The facility is lucky to have her!

Excellent experience! I visited Sherwood Insight today. To my surprise, both customer service; Sarah & and Lori welcomed me with a smile (though it was closing time).
