The ladies who examined me were incredibly kind and supportive. They provided me with the assistance I needed. It was evident that they genuinely cared about my well-being. I am incredibly grateful to them and wish I had taken the time to note down their names.

Staff are friendly and its very clean. My appointments are always on time. The key to getting in quick, I find, is to show up at least 10 min BEFORE your scheduled appointment 😉.

Have not been to the clinic yet but wanted to give Lynn the receptionist at Medical Imaging a shout out, she was very lovely, kind and easy to chat with. She listened to my concerns and booked me in but was apologetic where it didn't work. Great work and service Lynn. I dropped Insight Medical Imaging due to the service their receptionist provided. Your receptionists can make or break a patient's experience so treat them well and choose them well.

Showed up at 7:40 am for my knee injection and it was completed and I was out of there at 8:15 am. Fantastic service. I was even told my doctor was a few minutes late. Thank you for the great service.

Even after arriving late for my appointment, I got in right away. Dr. McNally performed the procedure with exemplary skill. There were multiple injections, and the only one I felt was the anaesthetic. I had had this procedure many times, but this was my best experience.
