MIC Medical Imaging - Namao 160

I had a great experience at MIC Medical Imaging – Namao 160. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and everything ran right on schedule, which I really appreciated. The technologist took the time to explain the procedure clearly and answered all my questions, which helped ease any nerves. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their patients and go the extra mile to provide excellent service. Highly recommend this location if you need medical imaging done—top-notch care all around!

The front-of-house nurses were efficient and friendly and the whole crew was timely--no waiting until well after my appointment time to be seen. The nurse who did my exam was friendly, personable and caring. She made me feel comfortable and was kind with womanly advice and reassurance. The exam was over quickly and she explained everything she was doing before she did it and asked my permission before even touching me. A very good and safe experience.

I dont remember the name of my ultrasonagrapher but she was amazing. We were getting unfortunate news that our pregnancy was not viable, and she was so compassionate. She answered any questions we had and was very sympathetic and empathetic. We felt very supported and safe as we got the news and became emotional.Thank you so much. I know this job must be really hard some days, please know you are appreciated.

Brought my dad here for a ultrasound on his bladder and kidneys and everything went well. The facility is modern and easy to access and get around in. It’s clean and well lit. My dads ultrasound tech was friendly and courteous, she made him feel comfortable. The experience was good
