It was my first time there, and I had a great experience. The wait time was short, the staff were incredibly kind and professional, and the whole process was smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend this place!!
The staff are kind and accommodating. I brought my 100 year old uncle for a chest xray, not realizing that they were closing. They were kind and gracious and said that they would take him. The following week I had to bring my 96 year old aunt in for a chest x-ray. Once again we were greeted kindly by the receptionist, and my aunt was treated with respect and kindness. I appreciate the friendly professional atmosphere of this establishment. Thank you!
If I could give it a 0 I would. Horrible experience. My mom (who was fasting for over 12 hrs) was left for over an hour past her scheduled appointment, waiting and watching the front staff favour patients that come in. This is really not a professional atmosphere and the staff needs to treat this establishment as a medical clinic, not a hangout spot.
