Capital Vision Care (St. Albert)

My visit with Dr. Roed today was excellent. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the visit was efficient. Dr. Roed addressed the concerns I was having, while taking lifestyle factors into consideration when creating my care plan. He was flexible during the exam when my baby needed tended to and made recommendations for timing his first eye exam. I’ve happily booked him in to be seen as well.

Love Capital Vision Care! Dr. Roed is great! He’s friendly, very intelligent, and an all around great doctor! He takes time with you and actually explains things, and he has a really good technique for determining which lens are best for you. If you’re looking for a new eye doctor, would recommend! The staff at the front desk are also great! The same lovely woman (I think Hannah) has helped me choose all 3 of my pairs of glasses over the years and I’ve loved them all. Everyone is so helpful, friendly, and cares. 10/10!

Myself and my husband have been going to capital vision care for years not only because they take such great care of our eye wear needs which I think are top shelf…they also have the most amazing people taking care of us! Always smiles to greet us with friendly hellos and conversations along with light humour when needed. This is rare and very valuable in our world. Go see for yourself:)

Very professional from the start.with three counter staff. Zoey was exceptional in her positive pleasant manner and assistance in measuring my frames. Dr. Parenteau took extra time to listen and to demonstrate the benefit of different corrections. This was the best experience I have had with an optometrist office.

Appointment was taken promptly. Staff were polite and helpful and welcoming. Optometrist dr Taylor Parenteau was very easy to talk to, she explained things after my questions, It was a great experience and I would ways go back.
