Noemi welcomed us into Pearle Vision ST Albert with a welcoming smile about one hour before closing. She provided the space we needed to browse, answered any questions we had, made some great recommendations and was able to help us make the final decision. She worked past the hours of operation to make sure my purchase was completed properly. I appreciated her honesty, her knowledge and great costumer service. We just wanted to thank, and commend Chris (Store Manager) @ Inglewood Towne Centre, for her exceptional customer service, understanding and thoughtfulness!! She performed, what amounted to a small service, to eliminate an issue on a prescription pair of sunglasses, from out of province, but the gesture meant the world to us!!! Excellent service and customer support. Due to a medical condition, I am difficult to fit with glasses and Chris was fantastic from start to finish. Very understanding of my needs, made great recommendations and suggestions insuring that I was totally happy with the glasses and fit. So happy with them that I took the wife to get her new glasses there. Her experience was also excellent

I came here based on the google reviews. I’m always a skeptic to what others recommend so came here and I was amazingly surprised! Reception was great! Office is beautiful too! Noticed a cute little play area for kids and multiple large exam rooms. The doctor took time to listen to me and was also amazing with my 17 year old son. We both left with smiles on our faces! Highly recommend and I’m starting to trust google reviews more and more!

Wanted to express my appreciation for Noemi today! She helped with a pair of broken glasses that were not able to be fixed, but offered an alternative that allowed me to walk out with a pair of working frames! Noemi was kind and attentive, even while navigating multiple customers and deliveries, I was given service promptly and left very happy with my experience. She has great customer service and I felt she had great insight on how best to help with my situation and particulsr needs. Noemi was absolutely someone I would appreciate seeing again as a customer! She also mentioned the protection plan, which I definitely purchased and I would never do without again!
