I had a great experience at FYidoctors in St. Albert. My partner and our son had gone for appointments with them previously for their glasses and I have had some vision issues lately so I scheduled an appointment as well. The booking process was easy and they were really helpful in working around my availability. When I arrived, Claire provided amazing assistance in arranging for the info that I needed to provide including coordination of benefits. She did some tests and captured some images of my eyes and then I was ready to see Dr. Hong for my appointment. Dr. Hong was really pleasant and I would recommend her services to anyone. She quickly identified where my vision was blurry and assigned the appropriate prescription. We had a discussion about options for my lifestyle including work and home which I really appreciated. Next I was introduced to Mashal who helped me pick out the frames for the glasses. This is my first time wearing glasses in a while and she helped guide me toward a pair that met my expectations in terms of style though were also appropriate for what I would be using them for. Mashal provided amazing support through the whole process and guided me which I really appreciated. She took some measurements, and deftly produced all the paperwork required for my coordination of benefits and payment. The whole experience was fantastic and thanks again to the great team at FYidoctors for making me feel supported throughout the process. The glasses themselves were made quite quickly as well in advance of my expectations. Highly recommended!

We had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Ashley Larson and her entire team yesterday. From the receptionist who answered the phone to book my daughter’s appointment, to the exam itself, and even the checkout process, every single staff member was kind, professional, and welcoming. Dr. Ashley Larson was absolutely amazing. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything to both my daughter and myself in a way that was easy to understand and comforting. You can truly tell that she genuinely cares about her patients and their families. The care, compassion, and consideration shown by everyone in the office was outstanding. I am so incredibly grateful to Dr. Larson and her team for helping my daughter with her allergies so quickly and effectively. Thank you all so much for such a positive experience — it was greatly appreciated!

The staff at FYI doctors is efficient and, Dr. Ikram explained the results of my exams and advised eyesight hasn't changed but, the dryness I was experiencing required more of a "gel" substance to relieve the eyes when sleeping. Seems to be working quite well. Pleased with results. Really a relief thanks to the FYI team.
