Shirley the manager and another lady I often see at the front desk are super nice. I asked them to do small fixes to my glasses that were purchased from a different optometrist store and they were always very kind to help me. They are very friendly, approachable and easy to ask questions. I will go to them to get the next glasses as I feel comfortable asking as many questions as I need and taking my time picking the right frame. I also love that this location is opened outside normal business hours is often open till 6-7pm and on Saturday.

I didn’t catch the name of the receptionist who answered my call, but she was one of the kindest people I’ve spoken to in a long time. I was worried about my child’s eyes, and both she, and Dr. Elmais made time to see us right away. Dr. Elmais was incredibly calm, kind, and made the entire visit easy and comfortable for our child. I highly recommend this clinic!

Nothing but great things to say about this place. Came in desperately looking to get a last minute eye exam so I could purchase some contacts. They could have easily turned me away, being 5pm on a Friday afternoon, but Susan and Dr. Elmais were very accommodating and stayed late to get me in. My eye exam was quick and easy and I had a great discussion with the Dr. He throuroughly answered any questions I had and was very knowledgeable about products I was interested in. Sent me hole with some trials and I was on my way. Amazing experience and even better customer service!
