Dr. Zaiffdeen and her team at The Monocle are wonderful. She takes the time to really understand your concerns, thoroughly assess your eye health, and walk through treatment options in a clear and thoughtful way. The entire staff is friendly and helpful, from check-in to choosing glasses. Dr. Zaiffdeen is also fantastic with kids, my 5-year-old thinks she’s awesome. I’ve been seeing her for years and am so excited to support her new clinic. Highly recommend!
I was shopping for an excellent eye doctor after my family doctor expressed a concern with my eye movements. I searched Google and found this business with all 5 stars. I wanted the best for my eyes and made an appt there. My first appt I found out why they get such excellent reviews. Not only is the doctor fantastic but the staff are terrific ! If you love dogs be sure to bring Becky your dog pics :). Their selection of frames are unique and cool ! I am sooooo happy with my new glasses. I can seeeeee. Yahooooo
I’m really glad I found this place! The optometrist and associates are SO friendly, and patiently answer all of my questions. I have probably the best-fitting pair of glasses I’ve ever had; they really care about you feeling comfortable and even recommended I come in for free adjustments a couple times a year. As a highly sensitive person, their kindness and attentiveness meant so much. A big thank you to the team!
I have been having lots of problems seeing so I made an appointment for a second opinion. They were absolutely so very nice to me ! Everyone of the girls were so friendly ! The optometrist took her time and did lots of tests. She was so polite and did not seem to be rushing! She decided that it would be a good idea to do more tests. They made sure my appointment was when I would be able to get dilated and still have a ride from my son without him taking time off. I am very happy I decided to go to Monocle. Thanks ladies for all your help!
Had the pleasure of an eye exam today at the Monocle. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and understanding. I’ve ordered new glasses & sunglasses. The choices were exceptional! They carry a lovely selection in exciting new styles.
