Eye Health Centre

I have been coming to eye health centre since I was 14 and I will keep coming back!! It’s such a shame I only get my eyes checked once a year, because it is such an amazing environment to be in. It is such a wonderful place filled with wonderful people, I have always left with such a warm, fuzzy feeling. Dr. Weisbeck is the kindest, softest soul I have ever met and she always makes me feel so comfortable during my appointments. The spectacular humans who work at reception are always such a joy to talk to. Specially, Tricia. She always makes my visit filled with giggles and laughs. I recently started my journey with contact lenses and Tricia has been so helpful. She’s such a light to interact with during appointments, so much that when I got my lenses in on the first try for the first time I wanted to call the clinic and tell her! This is such an amazing place, and if I could give it 100 stars, I would.

Eye Health Centre has been a great to spend an hour a week for 40 weeks! From the friendly staff that welcome you when you walk in, Mariah was great also warm and happy to see my daughter for vision Therapy. Dr. Joban is happy and so excited to share the many changes that have come over the progress checks. Highly recommend, for vision therapy or any eye care needs!

Maria and Dr. Jobin were amazing. Both were professional, supportive, and answered all my questions. They also provided suggestions for the future, ideas, and therapy options that I might find useful. Thank you so much for all your help!!!! I was so happy with the care I got. I have circulated many cards to friends and family and brought my own immediate family to the eye health centre.

The office is very pleasant. All staff are kind and respectful. The doctor is extremely knowledgable and technicians are very skilled. They spend the time needed to get your prescription correct, address concerns and ensure your glasses fit well. They assist and provide appropriate guidance so that one you are makes a good choice in frames.considering life style, your face/nose shape, and prescription etc.Thank you! I highly recommend Dr. Jobin and staff.

Back on February 10, 2026, I visited the Eye Health Centre for the first time. I did book an optometrist appointment well in advance. I was immediately greeted and welcomed by friendly staff. I explained that I was here for an eye exam and that I needed to update my prescription. The staff where helpful to set up my new file, collect the necessary health and healthcare information, and it wasn't long before the testing began. A very kind and diligent lady used 3 different machines to scan and test both of my eyes. She then took me to my optometrist's exam room. Dr. Weisbeck reviewed the the data and scans from the 3 tests and asked me additional questions regarding my eye health before proceeding with the eye chart exam. I should note that she took time before the eye chart exam to share her findings with me regarding my eye health. She was friendly, thorough and patient. She didn't rush me and she definitely cares about her patients. After my eye exam with the optometrist, Dr. Weisbeck provided me with a wallet size card with my eye glass prescription details and she took me to another lady who then showed me a selection of frames for my new lenses. The lady presenting the frames took time to explain the differences and provided me with different frames to try out so that I could choose the right frames that best suited me. Once I made my selections payment arrangements were made and I was advised that the 3 sets of glasses I wanted would be ready in 2 weeks. I can tell you that two weeks later my glasses were ready for pickup, as promised! When I came to pick up my 3 sets of glasses Maria took care to ensure that the new frames fit correctly. Again, she was patient, helpful and kind. In summary, I had a fantastic shopping experience! I was welcomed and treated as a valued guest throughout the process. Not only were the staff welcoming and friendly, I must say that they were diligent, thorough and patient ensuring that I had good quality glasses delivered in a timely manner! I highly recommend Eye Health Centre for anyone wanting both an optometrist that genuinely cares about you eye health, as well as, for anyone looking to get a new pair of glasses! Bravo, Eye Health Centre! I'll be back!
