FYidoctors - St. Albert - Perron Street

My beloved sunglasses got chomped on by a dog, and I was very worried that I was going to have to get a completely new pair. I’d had these prescription sunglasses for around 8 years, so the frames weren’t offered anymore, which only added to my concern. However, Haileigh was super helpful in getting me in for an eye check-up with Dr. Raj, looking over the glasses herself (luckily the frames weren’t bitten somehow, just the lenses), and then doing all the measurements and documentation to get them sent off to get fixed. At this point, we were still not sure if they could fix them, but we had all our fingers crossed. A week later, I spoke with Sean, who let me know they were back AND fixed! I was so happy and immediately went to pick them up. Sean did some final adjustments to make sure they were perfect, and my insurance even covered the entire fix. I was extremely pleased with my experience at FYidoctors on Perron Street, especially with Haileigh, whose positive attitude and attention to detail really made me feel confident that we would find a fix to my problem one way or another. But I also want to stress that literally everyone there was amazing. If you need a trusted eye clinic in St. Albert, look no further than FYidoctors (pun intended). Thanks again to the entire team for fixing my fav pair of sunnies!

Excellent service. Got more than just regular eye exams. I was fitted for Scleral Lens. Doctor and support staff were so helpful and kind. 10 outta 10 service!

This place is not only the best optometrist I’ve been to in Edmonton but great front staff and excellent customer service. My son had a recent emergency and the attentive, caring manner in which they all treated us was so amazing especially in a situation like we were experiencing. My 10 year old son had a large corneal abrasion and both doctors were so kind, caring and professional. All staff there are just amazing! I can’t say enough good things about this place. Thank you for taking care of us!

Absolutely amazing service here! I came in with broken glasses, got an appointment online in minutes, and was helped tremendously in person by Sean. It's always hard to choose frames, especially when I have my kids shopping with me. Sean took my measurements and let me make me desicion on frames via email instead of having to drive back. A+ service and would highly recommend.

Accidentally booked at this location and it ended up being a great experience. The front desk staff gentleman was amazing. He would have spent as much time as needed to explain everything to me. I can tell he is passionate about what he does and he is very good at it! Dr Mistry was wonderful! He didn’t force me into bifocals or progressives PHEW! Found a safe option for me while explaining every step of the way. They love to joke around and it was actually pretty fun hanging out with these folks! I’ll be back! Dawn Burgess
