I had a wonderful experience at St. Albert Opticians. The office manager is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to thoroughly explain everything, ensuring you fully understand your eye health and options. As a wheelchair user, accessibility is very important to me. I truly appreciated that he has equipment that allows me to complete the eye exam without having to transfer into the typical exam chair. That level of consideration and investment in accessible care speaks volumes. We also had a meaningful conversation about his advocacy and commitment to making his business accessible for everyone in the community. It’s clear this isn’t just about compliance — it’s about genuine inclusion. Highly recommend for anyone looking for excellent eye care, and especially for wheelchair users seeking a comfortable and accessible experience.

Dr Ziad is great. He helped my son and I to find excellent glasses and worked with me to fit the cost within my limited budget. Very personable and even fixed up my old glasses for me to get me through the wait for my new ones even better. Front desk staff are warm n welcoming and seem genuinely happy to be there. Even though I’ve moved to Spruce Grove, I continue to visit St Albert Opticians for my eye care needs. Ziad and his staff always provide me with quality products and excellent service. In fact, they go out of their way to do so.

I went here because it was the cheapest place I found after a quick call around, and they also got me in within a few days. I absolutely will continue to be going back & recommending others to Dr. Qishawi. He took the time to explain everything to me & was very thorough in his exam. The lady who greeted me when I came through the doors was very friendly as well, and didn't make me feel rushed when trying on glasses after. I have never been treated so well at an office before!

Amazing experience. I have very complicated vision and they went above and beyond to make sure that every element of my vision was taken care of and that I was comfortable and happy. When my prescription came in they spent time with me ensuring I was happy with it because they knew that I had gotten the wrong prescription at other places. I am so happy with my glasses and so grateful to have found a clinic I can trust with my vision.
