Fantastic experience! The optometrist was kind, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The staff are wonderful! I always feel genuinely cared for and never rushed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for excellent eye care!

the receptionists and front staff members are the rudest and most undermining set of people i have ever seen in my life. they told me it was going to be $120 and an additional $160 for a contact eye exam (i have had contacts for years) and laughed in my face when i said i didn’t have a ton of time for 2 appointment slots today. when i explained that i only had around 2 hours in my day for my one hour appointment to take place, she laughed and told me i wasnt going anywhere anytime soon because they are running 40 min late today. she shrugged her shoulders and suggested i go somewhere else. when the staff of a business is telling you to go somewhere else because they don’t want to help you it is very telling of the toxic work environment there. with little snickers and sideways glances it made it clear they would be better off without customers they “had” to help, the eye dr is ok but short on patience and if you come here you will end up dreading your appointment because it is just another chance for the staff to make you look stupid for their own entertainment. they refused to give me my prescription for contacts because they wanted $160 more and didn’t even give me a prescription for glasses (the reason i came). sometimes you catch the receptionists on a decent day and only one of them is outwardly rude, but it’s not worth your time or your money. i will be transferring mine and my family’s records to a different business, where they actually treat clients as humans and don’t charge them outrageously.

I was a client for over 3 decades at their City Centre office. The staff at their Westmount office are abysmal - rude, condescending, extremely unhelpful and should be fired if they want to have any hope of success. Dr. Scott is great! Especially his receptionist should be fired.
